Do I need an appointment to drop off my guitar? +
No appointment is needed on showroom open days — just bring your guitar in and we’ll book it in for you.
Do you offer same-day re-strings? +
Yes, most days. If you’re pushed for time, please contact us to check current wait times.
Same-day re-strings have a £5 surcharge.
What does “30-day setup revisions” mean? +
If you’ve had a setup with us and you’re not 100% happy within 30 days, bring it back and we’ll adjust it until it’s right.
Can you quote for fretwork or woodwork? +
Yes — these jobs are typically priced on inspection (POA). For fret & woodwork, please call before bringing the guitar in.
Do I need to provide the strings? +
You’re welcome to bring your preferred strings, or we can supply them. Prices marked “+ Strings” mean strings are additional.
